Tom has served Hingham Municipal Lighting Plant for the last 4 years and as the General Manager for the past year. Tom has 25+ years of experience in the utility industry, holding numerous positions throughout his career in both operations and customer service. Tom earned degrees in both Management and Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell and a Masters in Finance from Boston College.
