Bob Kasle manages the teams responsible for the day to day operations for energy risk management and leads the transaction origination and structuring effort to identify and develop cost effective solutions to manage risk and increase the renewable energy portfolios of our customers.

Bob is a long time energy professional focusing primarily on leading edge energy supply issues starting with natural gas deregulation in the late 1980’s, and eventually with the proliferation of independent power generation, a strong focus on development negotiating many PPA’s from CCGT’s, nuclear units, wind, solar and hydro as well natural gas storage and battery storage contracts. Although Bob’s principal focus is the New England market, he has worked on transactions throughout North America, including Mexico and Canada as well as working on energy issues as far away as Japan. Along the way, he acquired advanced degrees in business and in law, and more importantly, has met many talented and interesting people in the energy industry and has learned much from their varying perspectives. He hopes to put all of this to work to continue to contribute to making ENE and its customers among the best in public power. Also, Bob has provided expert testimony on generation supply strategy and siting electric generation facilities. Bob is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine, has a master’s degree in administration with a business concentration from Saint Michael’s College and juris doctor degree from Suffolk University School of Law. Bob is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and is commissioned as a notary public in Massachusetts.
