Dori is the Customer Service Representative for Conservation Services. She is responsible for communicating with the energy efficiency service center, Mass Save, as well as managing the municipal hotlines to explain how and why customers qualify for certain rebates and services.
Always ready to help the customer, Dori will guide you through the home energy audit process or ease the transition from Mass Save to ENE. She makes customers feel welcomed to Energy New England.
