General Manager | Braintree Electric Light Department
Bill has been the General Manager at the Braintree Electric Light Department since 2003. He is responsible for a 115kv transmission system, town wide electrical distribution system and a two 58 megawatt simple cycle power plant.
Bill leads a team of dedicated personnel at Braintree Electric who strive to be innovative and entrepreneurial in the world of municipal government. Some of his major accomplishments at BELD include the construction of a 116 mega-watt gas turbine power plant which commenced commercial operation in 2009 and the expansion and modernization of three 115kv substations.
